Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services you buy from Clavix Digital (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a package or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or contract for a specific project takes precedence where it differs.
1. Services
We provide web development, workflow and AI automation, API integration and technical SEO services. Fixed-scope packages include only what is listed on the packages page at the time of purchase. Anything else is a change in scope and is quoted separately.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Online payments are charged in Philippine pesos, converted from the US dollar price at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion.
- “From” and “starting at” prices are not quotes. The price for custom work is the price in the written proposal.
- Online payments are processed by Xendit. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Work begins after payment is confirmed, unless a proposal states otherwise.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, content, feedback and decisions needed to deliver the work, and to ensure you have the rights to any material you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
4. Delivery and acceptance
Delivery timeframes are estimates unless a proposal sets a fixed date. You may report defects against the written scope within 14 days of delivery; we will correct them at no charge.
5. Ownership
On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, including source code. Third-party software, libraries, fonts and services remain subject to their own licenses. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific code.
6. No guarantees of outcomes
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversion rates or the accuracy of AI-generated output. We commit to performing the agreed work with reasonable skill and care.
7. Third-party services
Many solutions depend on third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or policy changes, but will help you respond to them under a support arrangement.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
10. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase.
