Pricing questions
Why “starting at” instead of a fixed price?
Two projects with the same name can differ by weeks of work. Starting prices show where a typical, well-defined version begins; the written quote after discovery is the price you pay.
What changes the price?
Number of pages or features, integrations and their API quality, data migration, design complexity, content readiness, compliance needs and support requirements.
How are larger projects paid?
Usually in milestones — for example a deposit to start and the balance at defined delivery points. Terms are set in each proposal.
Are retainers fixed-term?
Retainers are monthly with a defined scope of work. Notice periods and terms are agreed in writing. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed.
