Clavix Digital respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and, where applicable, other privacy laws that protect you.

1. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, company or website, selected service, budget range and message.
• Checkout: your name, email, chosen package and currency, and any notes. Payment details are entered on Xendit’s secure page and handled by Xendit, not by us.
• Chat assistant: questions you type into the chat are sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI, with Google Gemini as a backup) to generate an answer. We do not store chats; the conversation is kept only in your browser tab until you close it. Please don’t share sensitive personal or payment details in the chat.
• Instant estimate: the project description you type at /quote is sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI, with Google Gemini as a backup) to fill in the estimate details. If you request a written quote, we store your name, email, description and the estimate to prepare and send your quote.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us; an open chat conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you request
• To process your order, deliver the service and issue receipts
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
• To keep this website secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers needed to run this site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting and the chat assistant’s AI), Google (backup AI for the chat assistant), Xendit (payments), and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process data under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to its processing, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and order data is limited to people who need it to serve you.
